Exchange Policy
- We exchange any merchandise (in resalable condition) with a copy of the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. If you can not visit the store, you must contact us via email within the 14 days to make arrangements to exchange through the mail. Some postage fees regarding exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- For any garment issues, questions or concerns please contact us via info@upnorthnife.ca
- These policies apply to any online exchanges. For these items, the onus is on the customer to prepay shipping back to Up North Apparel. In turn, Up North Apparel will prepay the exchange item if the customers address is in Canada. However, this is a one time, per order, arrangement. For subsequent exchanges the customer will have to provide payment for all shipping costs.
- FOR USA ORDERS the onus is on the customer to pay all shipping charges of exchange items.
